World Servants welcomes Mike Minich

World Servants, Inc. is pleased to announce the hire of Mike Minich as Executive Director. Mike took over the helm on October 2nd and he brings twenty-seven years of ministry, business and marketing experience to the organization.

For more than a decade, Mike Minich served as the Area Director for Search Ministries where he helped people develop spiritually, explore issues of faith and live out their beliefs in the marketplace. Prior to joining Search Ministries, he was the State Director for Minnesota Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) where he grew the organization, motivated and managed staff and volunteers and developed partnerships with local churches and youth- oriented ministries.

Mike holds a Master of Divinity from Bethel Theological Seminary in St. Paul culminating in his ordination in 2005. His undergraduate education in business, journalism and speech communications is from Indiana University. Minich’s diverse experience has involved development, leadership, broadcasting, ministry, project management, marketing, media and public relations. He has been involved in a variety of activities at Grace Church in Eden Prairie since 1991, including missions and evangelism.

Minich and his wife, Margo, live in Shakopee, Minnesota, and have 4 grown children; two sons and two daughters.
