Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership: doesn't the name seem to contradict itself? You may be thinking, how can I be a leader and a servant at the same time?

That's a great question and we think it can be answered by observing Jesus's ministry. He is considered one of the greatest leaders on earth, yet he engaged with children, fed multitudes of people, touched the diseased, and sacrificed his body for the sake of others.

"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."

He focused on meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of people, and demonstrated true servant leadership.

World Servants is also convinced that leadership is best displayed and developed through serving others. Jesus Christ's example is our model and we too want to show love for people by demonstrating acts of love through service.
